About Abalone Shell
Abalone, also known as Paua, is a colourful and iridescent natural seashell. As a natural product no two pieces of abalone shell are ever the same, making our jewellery as unique as the person wearing it.
The shell used in our jewellery is sustainably sourced as a by-product from the Farmed Fishing Industry of New Zealand and is never dredged or free fished.
About Wai symbolism
Wai is a Maori word used to indicate water. The Wai symbolises changes faced in life, represented as ocean waves which are all unique yet never stop washing the shoreline.
